Due to the intense interest in the Edgewater, only a select number of residences are still available. To assure a fair opportunity for all potential buyers, the following process has been established:

  • Reservation- Once a suite has been selected, we require a (fully refundable) $10,000 deposit to hold the reservation.
  • Document Review - The reservation holder has five days from the date of signing their reservation to review the purchase agreement, condominium documents, plans and specifications before making a final purchase decision.
  • Purchase Agreement - Once a decision to purchase has been made, a purchase agreement will be signed and a non-refundable deposit representing ten percent of the purchase price will be collected.
  • New buyers will then meet with one of the preferred architects and builders to start planning the interior of their new Edgewater condominium suite.

    * All units on floors two thru six are sold as Vanilla shell suites - where owners buy the enclosed walls, floor and ceiling and then contract on their own with developer-approved designers, architects and contractors for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to create a home designed exclusively to their lifestyle specifications.
